"This is a terrible company! I wish I had read the reviews. They didn't send any email with a receipt of the purchase, so I don't have an order number, there wasn't a receipt in the box. I have tried 4 separate times to contact them on-line. Not one response. It's too bad. The hat seems to be nice. I had more to order but I waited to see the quality. Glad I waited."

"The owner, "Runaround Sam", kept telling me over 6 months he would send me the correct item, never followed up when he said he would, when given a final deadline, did not return calls and never sent the correct item. Do not do business with him as he will take your money without honoring his word, send you the incorrect item, and/or will waste your time giving you the runaround. DETAILS: I ordered an item at the beginning of December and received a different item on the 27th, after Christmas, even though we are both on the west coast and I ordered well in advance. I emailed twice about receiving the wrong time, but never got a response. I finally called at the end of the first week of January and the owner, Sam, picked up. Sam told me he sent me a different item on purpose, hoping it would satisfy me since he did not have what I bought in stock (he should have not sold the item or at least refunded me). He told me he would mail me the correct item for free when I contacted him and would send me a follow-up email, which he never did. I called him in February; he said he still didn’t have the item. I called in March; he said he would have a 3 pocket vest custom made with a 4th pocket and he would call me back. He did not. He also went on a long rant about people being terrible. I called in April; he said the customized vest was stuck in customs (though I noticed he was selling the vest in my size I originally wanted on his website). I called on May 9th; he claimed he would mail the vest that week (still selling my original vest). I called on May 22nd; he said he would look into the vest and call back . He never did (still selling original vest). I left a VM on May 23rd, and suggested a 7-day deadline to receive the vest at which I would contact my credit card company requesting my money back (I noticed from other reviews Sam did not keep his word and honor refunds). I never got an update and never received the vest. In conclusion, "Runaround Sam" proved untrustworthy in failing to deliver on a single promise he made right up to the end of our 6-month long correspondence and when finally given a deadline, went MIA. Avoid doing business with him!"

"Dissatisfied … it was made to appear to me that I was spending my money for some that was in stock but unfortunately for me I didn’t find out that it was wasn’t available until I waited a week or so then found out through an email conversation..I felt the right thing would have been to inform me when I selected the item, of the fact that it was out of stock..They asked me if I wanted to wait for a restock and I said it was ok that I would wait a bit. After another week of waiting I decided to find out an a proximate. I tried twice for this info. After two days still no one has responded . Will not do any further business with these guys"

"My fiance and father were the first to buy their suits. Very little alterations were needed, but that was because we got a size a little too big for my fiance. 3 of 4 of his groomsmen were able to find the suit in their sizes - but we had some trouble with the fourth groomsmen. I reached out to the company and they assured me they had a size close to the smallest of the groomsmen! It was ordered today without further dilemma! Then, when I found out the groom's father didn't have his suit – even after the groom's mother stated she had called the company and was told they didn't have the suit in her husband's size – I called up the company and the owner was very friendly and willing to help. He checked every possible location in his warehouse and shop to find me the size I needed in the brown suit. Placed the order over the phone without delay! Top-notch service! Now the men will look perfect for the big day! This really has relieved me of a lot of stress, so close to our wedding day! (With only 36 days to go!) THANK YOU! Highly recommend! Man is a lifesaver!"
