"If you’re looking for good quality North Indian cuisine, this is your place. I’ve been coming to this place for quite some time now and it is by far one of my favorite Indian restaurants to frequent. Their Chicken Tikka Masala is a staple, and their Naan breads are exceptional. They have a range of traditional dishes on their menu at very reasonable prices. My vegetarian friends also love the options. This is a family owned restaurant and the staff couldn’t be more attentive. More often than not you will see the owner making his rounds and you can see how much pride he takes in his establishment. It’s definitely a must if you’re in the Burbank area, and it’s five stars hands down."
"Below average food. Had the tandoori grill platter. Fish certainly needed more salt and the chicken wasn’t tasting good. The Sheri kebab was great. The rice that accompanied this has a strand of hair, when complained the server didn’t take it seriously. Not good service. Will not visit again."
"Don't be afraid if the place is nearly empty. As we dined here we saw a constant flow of people picking up take out. For good reason, this place is excellent. We shared the veggie combo for 2 and it was fabulous. There was a ton of food. It had great spice. Excellently prepared. The service was prompt and attentive. We stuffed ourselves and took enough home for lunch the next day."
"A very pleasant surprise in downtown Burbank to find a nice Indian restaurant. This nice variety serves some good favorite Indian dishes that you would be familiar with. The spices are not plenty, but certainly enjoyable. Medium heat is average and may be geared for the new thus choose accordingly if you are more adventurous. The decor is toned down and a bit dark. The dining room dated and odors are well situated from their long history at this location. The pricing is reflective of all this and is very good value. You will be well satisfied."
"The food is reliably good. We had 4 different dishes and liked them all! The service was friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. I'm gluten-free (celiac) and could enjoy most items on the menu. The tandoori mixed grill was tasty. Check them out if you're in Burbank."
