Express

"I have been coming to this location for years and I have always been treated nicely and respectfully up until today. I came across Natalie (Not sure that’s her name). And apparently she owns Express because there was no other supervisor/ person above her. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, we all have bad days but today I just have a bad feeling about the whole experience. I’m really hoping if in fact she is a supervisor that she gets better training. I’m sure I am not the first person or the last one to complain about her attitude and bad energy."

"I came into this location to look for a coat I been wanting, I came across a wonderful lady named Sandy ! She is that greatest, I wish there was more starts to rate this women. She helped me with a coat and other clothing I wasn’t even looking into buying! Well I did .. thank you Sandy ! I’ll definitely return here ."
