"Waited 15 mins in the drive thru get diet coke, zero flavor whatsoever. Ask to exchange first with a tone he tells me he can't take the cup well I asked for a sprite. Proceeds to give me attitude then completely ignores my request. Would be zero stars cause I have no drink..."
"Somebody please tell "Jack" so he can properly train his employees that, "You can not put a scoop of ice in a cup of hot coffee and call it iced coffee." ARE YOU PEOPLE CRAZY? And your remedy was to put additional ice in the cup and inform me that it would melt again. Never should of taken a chance on a iced black coffee. Surprised I didn't have difficulty getting a refund after refusing to accept this watered down coffee."
"If you're going to eat here I highly recommend the drive through because they put 100% of their attention there. Stood at the counter waiting for half my lunch break without anyone so much as turning to look at the front of house. No time left to get food here and no time to go anywhere else.. great."
"How about thinking " Inside" the Box,for once and getting order correct,even After double checking and correcting the $16. An hour attendant selling me ridiculously priced food,that has lost quality in value and taste. I'm the dumb one for continuing to think anything would get better at this location."
"Apologies for the rant. Been coming to this Jack in the Box drive thru for a bit for this particular Vanilla Iced coffee with no issues for about a month. A few other locations make it too sweet, but I usually have no issues with this one. Didn't ask for receipt this time, and now I regret it. Coffee tastes like syrup, and didn't have time to stop back there. Cashier at window didn't seem too hospitable as well. Would hope that the next visit would be better. Appreciate the time taken to read."
