Domino's Pizza

"Vanessa was the store manager Tonight, placed a order for delivery. Tracker said they were making it , waited around for a hour and they canceled my order . To bad I would have tipped well. Order Pizza Hut they deliver with no issues and they taste better anyway ."

"This domino's location has awesome customer. Usually we order online and pick up at store. This time we had time to order at the store. Something happened and I was over charged. The only reason I found out is because the lead came up to me and told me what had happened. She offered refund or get an item of equal value."

"I ordered my food at 6:45pm and my food was not here by 8:05pm. I called the store and Josh was so rude. He definitely needs customer service training. Speaking over me, being rude, and saying that they are too busy. I get that but it's been an hour and 15min and no food. I told him I called previously and it said it was delivered. Then as I'm on the phone, I get a text that Mia is on her way! The store is only 8 min away and she shows up 24 min later! I was still on hold with dominos and Josh did not care at all. Then Mia says, are you going to get your food or not! I told her I was on the phone with dominos and she starts getting her attitude. I asked her why is the food so late and why does it show delivered online on the tracker?! Then Josh said okay bye and hung up on me. Mia kept saying, do you want it or not! She was rude so I yelled at her back. She wants to get her attitude, she can get out of here. I don't know what they did to my food if she took and extra 15 min with my food in the car. These people just did not care about my concerns. I have been a client to this dominos for a year and I order constantly. This was a terrible experience with this store! Yet I tried getting a hold of a manager and I keep calling and absolutely no answer, I get placed on hold for a long time, and just no one to talk to."

"I ordered 2 pizzas and they were delivered burnt. Not just the bottom but the sides were charred . I called to simply ask for new pizzas and the employee was rude and told me I ordered pan pizza and sometimes it’s burnt . She was not friendly at all . Told me to drop the pizza off and get new ones . But if I paid for delivery why should I have to drive them back. It wasnt my fault the pizzas were burnt . Instead of being nice and understanding she was rude and laughed on the phone . Very bad customer service and I will never order pizza from this dominoes again . Very unhappy customer !!!!"

"Be aware, this store does not participate in Dominos 2 min carside pickup guarantee. They stopped our timer at 30 sec and then we waited 10 more min (40 min total and they werent busy). After going inside manager said the 2 min guarantee is only a corporate and said our pizzas were still in the oven even though the ap showed them in the oven 20 min ago. Team is not using their technology correctly or purposely fixing their stats, then not willing to address this with their customers. Got home and pizza is missing dough in the center and under cooked (all the toppings in the middle have no dough and are stuck to the box). I think they tried to use medium dough for a large hand tossed because the pizza is not 14 inches and where there is dough its thin except around the edges where its raw. I dont even trust to taking this back now because of the attitude of the manager I'm afraid theyll spit in my food or something. Dominos, hire people with customer service skills or train them or pay more so they'll actually care about your business"
