"Horrible unprofessional cashiers! And that’s me being nice about it. There’s a young woman that works there who wears glasses I really don’t know how else to describe her other than skinny and being a bit hairy and wears is big glasses. She is extremely rude and Unhelpful I’ve heard this girl be rude flat out with customers with her response. The customer had asked if they were open one night and her reply was. obviously, the older woman working that night with the wet curly hair should have stepped in with her being a veteran worker and corrected that employee or at least apologize to the man walking in who asked the question, but nothing was said this is the second time the doors have been locked when that young girl with the glasses is working, so I feel that with what I’ve experienced and witnessed is she may be the one intentionally locking doors. She’s just a sourpuss. I believe her name is Cynthia the only time you’ll ever hear her giggling is when young high school boys usually their baggers that are around her she gets extremely tickled when she has young boys present . I think part of that pleasure comes from her, bossing them around, as if she is authority to them, and if she is, she’s abusing that authority. If I were the mother of one of these young employees I would definitely be addressing this issue she’s tainting their work behavior as well. Also, the night that I witnessed these women with the doors locked at 9 PM last weekend Neither one of them had name tags, which seemed even more so that it was Intentional. The store clearly needs a supervision"

"I used to love coming to this store but have had to switch to nearby Nob Hill due to ridiculously long lines. They have sweet staff but never seem to have enough checkers and I finally stopped finding it worth the wait especially when I’m in a rush and only grabbing a few things. I can get in and out at Nob Hill in about 10 mins. Super unfortunate because their prices can be better sometimes."

"This grocery store is ok. The employees are nice, but 3 stars is because they are always staffed pretty light, frequently causing extended lines and waits. Also, the prices are HIGH! I was shopping here almost exclusively, as it seemed from appearance to be a less expensive store, but was constantly surprised by the prices, but I figured it was inflation & such. But I went to a target for a non-grocery item and decided to grab some food items, expecting to pay more there. What I found was all the stuff I'd been buying from Lucky was 30% - 40% - even 50% less at normal price! So to be fair this is a decent store with nice friendly people, but you're paying for it."
