"9/20 9:13 am The service is horrible. My cashiers was awful and she had no customer service. Hispanic gla with glasses did not get name manager on floor talking to Monster people a few people in line and I waited. I presented $100 bill and I was treated wrong and basically was guided to go else were because she could break a bill. She felt she couldn’t ask manger for change She proceeded to be rude and advise that she had to give me small bills. I apologize for upsetting her and she said oh no it was because people don’t like small bills. She handed me a wade of money without even counting it back. No manners No costumer service"

"I want to give a "Big Thank you"to two the the Smart & Final's associates, Amanda (Manager on duty) and Manda (the cashier), the other evening after work, I went to that store, I went into Manda's line, she was so nice, kind, and was had "excellent customer service", I really appreciated that type of kind attitude in the evening, then I asked for the manager, who was Amanda, she was so nice and kind, and her customer services was "excellent also. Both ladies, kindness and customer service made my evening. I hope that employees like Amanda and Manda, are priceless, and give the kind of service that will keep me going back to that "Smart and Final store again and again. Thank you."
"Smart & Final is pretty great. Good deals and fresh Rotisserie chicken we buy from here often. It’s always really good. There is a wide variety of fresh produce, lots of dairy products and almost everything else you’d expect a good grocery store to have. The checkout is also the best I’ve seen from any grocery store. It’s one line, and it funnels to 5 different checkout lanes. This is smart because it makes checking out much simpler and fluid, unlike Safeway’s poor checkout spaces that confuse customers and becomes overly crowded quickly."
