"This location compared to Watsonville AND Capitola are like night and DAY! I had such a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by Tim immediately and he was so helpful! I needed to figure out how to connect my phone and watch to work simultaneously, Tim was more than happy to help. Jonathan then explained to me about the internet bundle promotion that seemed too good to be true but it wasn’t! I signed up for a mobile internet box and am looking so forward to dumping Xfinity. Kate was so helpful with my cell phone accessories and found me everything I needed. Overall, I didn’t have to wait even a minute to be helped. I was greeted the moment I walked in and was able to get all of my problems solved in less than an hour. I guess I will be driving all the way there from Santa Cruz to get my cell phone service handled! Thank you all again for your help!"

"I had the best experience today. Between the lady who reached out to me about a great promo I had to upgrade my phone early ! I was super excited but I did think it sounded a little too good to be true.... but, as I walked into Verizon and was warmly greeted by just the man I was coming in to see. "Welcome to Verizon Sand City, my name is Steven, is this for Personal, Business or pleasure today?" I immediately laughed and said "hopefully pleasure" I have an appointment with you to talk about this too good to be true promo where I get to upgrade early and have y'all pay off my device" Steven kindly said "let's get you checked in and see what we are working with. What is your number? He got me checked in and asked what I do with my phone and helped match me up with the best phone for my needs. He applied the promo to help pay off my old phone and he was also able to use what my old phone was worth for even more off. He was patient and kind. I was in there for around 45 mins to 1hour and I saw many others being helped by the other staff They were equally as amazing as Steven who I found out at the end was the Store Manager....no wonder all the reps were great too. Great Job.Highly Recommend"
