Simmer is a welcoming family-owned Vietnamese restaurant located in Rohnert Park, California. As a sister restaurant to Simmer Vietnamese Kitchen in Petaluma, we opened our doors on March 17th, 2018. Situated in the Park Plaza shopping center on Commerce Boulevard, we offer a family-friendly atmosphere with amenities such as TVs, a kids menu, high chairs, booster seats, and wheelchair accessibility.
At Simmer, we pride ourselves on accommodating dietary needs with gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options readily available. "I did a take out. Food was was excellent. The restaurant had a nice vibe and set up. I bought the 4-spring roll/chicken which were excellent - very fresh and great texture and flavor. The yellow curry with chicken was very good as well. I asked for extra spicy a d it definitely was! I will be definitely be back."
