"They have a female and as well as other people working drive thru that don't even know how to speak English. Only Spanish. Don't know why they don't put someone who speaks English or bilingual to work drive thru orders and when they are super busy they tend to make the food in a rush and not make the food properly I waited 20 mins in the lobby for take out just to get my cheese roll ups (rolled up tortilla with cheese and it wasn't even melted and they were open with barley anything in it."

"First time for doing 2 1star ratings in 1 one night but Rohnert Park fast food joints need to get their act together. This location also closes earlier then posted hours and the employee even told me they've talked with the manager about but the hours are still wrong so another big late Friday night munchies order down the drain and more wasted gas. This makes everyone involved, uber eats and the restaurants look bad."

"Came here with my family. For some reason their $5 cravings box is missing one item. They also don't have anyone working the register so you have to order from the kiosk, and when I said thank you the people flat out ignored me. The sweet tea dispenser is broken or something and the burritos are tiny and overpriced, almost $2.50 for these is ridiculous (see attached photo). There are also flies flying everywhere and bad water damage on the wall which I would assume can cause mold? Which is a health violation? Overall, not a very good taco bell experience."

"This is the second time I’ve been to this Taco Bell and it will be my last. The employees are so rude and they literally didn’t put any food in one of my tacos. The food was not wrapped well and it looked like they just threw the food in the bag. The girl on the 9pm shift 01/13/2023 tossed the bag in my hands when she brought the food to my car. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location if you want a decent Taco Bell meal. Taco Bell management should take immediate action especially with the night shift. Two thumbs down from a true Taco Bell fan!"
