"Food variety is good and staff is patient and respectful!! Plenty of food choices of north and south India - something for all taste buds!! They can improve a little in quality of veg options within the thali/plate option! Pahari chicken can use a little longer marination time and cooking itself to get a little char to deliver on expectations which comes with any tikka dish!"
"Great food, great service and awesome ambiance! My all time favorite dish here at Sanskrit is ‘Burrito Bowl’, which is available on every Tuesday. All the items listed on the menu (vegetarian, which I have tried) were delicious and reasonably priced."
"We just moved to the area and have been trying new restaurants. A few have been really good but many have been a disappointment. We randomly found this little gem on a Sunday, decided to have dinner and WOW! In love! ❤️ We’ve been eating Indian food for many years and by far this is the absolute best we’ve ever had! Authentic, incredibly flavorful, spices just right, chicken super tender, and portions good. We had tandoori chicken, samosas, chicken curry, garlic naan and hot chai. The service and food were exceptional and we can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend them!!"
"My wife and I wanted to try this spot as I had read good things. It did not disappoint. The tandoori shrimp were cooked perfectly. The spices were dazzling yet not too hot. The mint/yogurt sauce added to the flavor while cooling things down a bit. We followed it up with the butter chicken and garlic naan. The naan was cut into quarters and served in a basket; a nice touch. It was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of crispness/chewiness. The butter chicken was very rich but quite delicious. All of this paired perfectly with a Taj Mahal beer (light and dry.) Our service was great: attentive without being cumbersome. Also of note, our server was dressed impeccably (a nice change from most service these days.) We will definitely be back, as my wife says it's the best Indian food she's ever had."
