"This store used to be well maintained with great employees. Lately, it's been very empty, disorganized, and trashy. The new employees are very sketchy and rude. They don't acknowledge the customer and gossip about inappropriate things in front of the customer. My 5, 7 and 12 yo don't need to hear about the ABC people's questionable lifestyles. I shouldn't have to leave a store having to explain to my CHILDREN how those employees live their immoral lives. I will never return to shop here and I used to go weekly. Know the community your in and hire accordingly.... it's like Ross had to meet a quota and put all of those people in one store."
"Every Friday I take my daughter and son to Yucaipa Ross. After a long hard week at school I always try to show my appreciation for my children's hard work and effort. My daughter whom is handicapped looks forward to every Friday because of this store and their employees. I cannot recommend this store and their staff enough. No matter my daughter's nuro difficulties the people here are always aiming to make my daughter's visit pleasant."
