"Just came out of the store really upset on how the stocky blonde guy at the balloon station talked to me. I was trying to pick a couple of balloons and he quickly and rudely asked me to step back . I didn’t like his attitude and way which he addressed me. Managers please train your people to be polite and ASSIST customers Visit on 8-18 at 12: 54 approx"
