"I am writing this review on behalf of my mom because she's not too tech savvy. I recently visited Food for Less around 3:00 p.m. to exchange some rotten watermelon and a chicken. Unfortunately, the assistant manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Despite my request for assistance, he did not provide any help, and I had to rely on a cashier who had to call the store manager to resolve the issue. This experience was disappointing, and I hope the store takes steps to improve customer service."
"The same African american tall guy cashier was there and as always, he was rude. He doesn’t greet you, he doesn’t tell you what the total is, doesn’t say anything. He doesn’t offer bags and he trows the food as he scans it. He is always rude and the hispanic girl is laughing telling him, “stop pissing people off.” The other cashiers and managers are talking and pay no attention. I definitely won’t be coming back. Managers, please review your customer service skills with your employees. He acted like this with the lady before and after me as well. This occurred today (10/24/23 @ 9:10 pm) so you can review the cameras for evidence."
"It is not the cleanest store. Looks like it's a Kroger. Definitely not my Frys though. Prices are high. Bag your own groceries. Bags are $.25 each. At the time only 2 registers open so the wait was about 10mins to check out."

"I'm a regular at the super market and like shopping here but last week I stopped by around 11pm for some produce. I walked by the meat department and there were two guys fixing the refrigeration system where the fresh meat is stored behind glass they had had some of the trays out and was disgusted by what I saw. Rotting meat and blood they even left the fresh meat out on both sides exposing them to terrible hazardous air born pathogens to contaminate it. I will no longer be purchasing meat there I suggest you don't either just look at the pictures I took"
