"Seriously, its 2018 and they still only do cash? That alone would be a deterrent for anybody to go. I haven't been to this place since 2008. It looks the same. Service: The waiter took awhile to come to us even though it wasn't busy. They forgot our water, but the guy helped me when I asked. The food however came out pretty fast. The side of my bowl had grease. They should wipe it down before serving the meal. 00000000 Ambience: There are plenty of televisions in the restaurant. They have news and sports playing. The chairs are better than the typical pho restaurant. Almost each of the table has their own condiments and utensils. The decors are okay. Not much Vietnamese"
