"Pathetic. First time in wingstop and perhaps our last time. Save yourself from going there. Oil soaked wings and burnt fries. Poor service, took 20 min to give food. Too long for a fast food service. I won't be surprised if this location closes soon."
"waiting for are food taken a longtime and cashier girl wasn't speaking clearly she was not helpful explaining the menu options. and ranch sauce was very very salty and French fries was cold anyway we had bad experience and never ever going back there again they not even had a gloves no mask and bathroom did not had a sign and toilet paper. customers ordered a hed online and they coming for pick up the food and waiting for a longtime finally he went to cashier and told her we are waiting here for 15 minutes and are food is not ready!!!!why?? he and his family was really upset .....that's not work out for running a business"
"First Off they have their friends talking to them while my husband was trying to pick up my DoorDash for pickup order. I waited more than 40 minutes for a 10 piece combo and they didn’t even follow my instructions on the order which I paid extra for! I don’t usually do negative reviews unless it was something really upsetting."
"I made an order online and it's not the first I've ordered from this place sometimes they gave me the order right and sometimes wrong but this time I ordered on October Friday 13 around 1:30 I made the ordered and received it and when I opened it the wings were not the flavor I put on the app and instead gave me some really salty wings and although one flavor was alright the food was not, this is a pretty bad experience from my part please look more into the orders this is not good food service and is bad I don't like much salt and just bad"
"Food is acceptable, Original Hot wings had good flavor, but Garlic Parmesan were bland and just tasted of fat. Order takes a while to prepare."
