"Waiters are nice and polite. Cold noodle is tasty and worth to try. I ordered pork leg bone, but no knife and fork or glove provided. Lamb kidney and chicken heart are over cooked. Like others said, you do not smell any smoke in the store. Barbecue skewers are not tastes like BBQ."
"The raw beef skewers is a must try. Other cooked skewers are amazing too. Everything is precooked so you do’t have to worry about smelling like smoke afterwards. The chicken skin is very good too."
"I visited Friendship bbq with a friend for dinner. The place wasn't busy when we got there, so we were seated right away, but within an hour or so, it got quite busy. For the 2 of us, we ordered the following items : 1. Raw beef skewers 2. Beef aorta 3. Grilled beef marrow 4. Grilled scallop 5. Dried bean curl roll 6. Xinjiang lamb on rose willow branch 7. Mongolian beef 8. Squid tentacles My personal favorites were Mongolian beef, Xinjiang lamb, and raw beef skewers. Lamb and Mongolian beef were cooked really well. Meat was tender and juicy and really flavorful. The raw beef skewers were seasoned really well. Scallops were not as great and definitely lacking flavors. They were very fishy and gritty. It felt like they weren't cleaned properly. Squid tentacles and beef aorta were okay. They were quite chewy. The service was fast. Our servers were very attentive."
"We like to come here for spicier sichuan style BBQ skewer hot pot. Funny enough their rice noodle soup side dish was really good too. They have a more interesting menu of ingredients, inside is clean and chic, and the staff are fast/nice. If you’re indecisive like me, I would recommend the ~ $40 hot pot skewer combo which includes a bit of everything. And then throw in other side bits you like, like duck blood. And yes it’s very good, don’t be prejudiced, try it out."
