"‼️‼️Scam artist. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.‼️‼️ Went to get my car detailed. They said one price on the phone but when I bring my car in they asked me "how much was i told?". I told them the price quoted over the phone but in person they say "Well, actually the price is this..." $100 more than what was quoted over the phone. I explained the person I talked to on the phone said one price and now you are saying something different. He replied " Well, that wasn't me and I don't know who you spoke with". If you're a business, you should have set prices for certain vehicles. You shouldn't asked the customer "How much were you told?". They acted as if we were at a swap meet "bargaining". ‼️‼️P.S.A. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE... COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST ‼️‼️"

"I ended up purchasing a 2021 Honda passport and the rear windows and tailgate window were so dark with tint. I ended up contacting Scott Robinson Honda in Torrance to find out if they deal with removing tint and they referred this company as their vendor. I turned in my vehicle today at 12:00 and got it back by 3:00 they removed all the tint from 7 windows and did an excellent job I recommend them to anybody. They also do upholstery as well as Auto body I believe Definitely some honest people been in business 30 plus years"

"Wrongly welded the seat which was misaligned and then told me that the complete seat had to be replaced which was just a lie to cover up the bad job done. I took the car to a different Upholsterey shop and got it fixed. I will not recommend this shop to anyone."

"I called The Toyota dealership in Torrance to install some rock sliders. They said no because they were third party and referred me to One Stop to have them installed. I called told Oscar what I needed and he quoted me for $120. I come in the next day and they said they would do it for $220 because they have to lift it up and bla bla bla. I said to hell with it, and paid them because I figured if The Toyota dealership recommended them that they must be good, Regardless of how shotty the place looks on the outside. I come back a few hours later and it looked solid but didn’t have much time to inspect closely. When I got home and settled down, I went under. When I did, I noticed missing hardware, incorrect placement and the bars them selves were uneven! I tried calling them and no one picked up. I showed up over there and all that was there was a guy who didn’t speak English but who new enough to bring me the exact hardware that was missing. Never going there again. The quality of their work speaks for itself. They probably knew what they were doing, they just didn’t care enough because they are focused on pleasing their dealership business and getting some extra cash on the side with this type of work."
