"I just came back a few hours ago getting a new battery from O Reilly. This lazy asian guy with glasses didnt even install the battery for me. I only brought my vehicle over because I want them to swap to new battery. Such cruddy service. I came back here at this location because last time which was my first time service was good. He couldnt even carry a battery without a dolly. He straight up gave me the battery in a dolly and tools and left me with the task he needs to do. Talk about being lazy. I am going to NAPA"

"This spot was definitely a little seedy. There was a dude fixing a clapped out Camry right at the front door and was less than pleasant when the staff had a few words with him. Also the parking lot is pretty small. None of this is the fault of the store. The staff was pleasant and gave me all the info I needed. Prices were good too, none of that nonsense up charging in comparison to online prices"
"I was in the area and got a flat. The guys there were super helpful allowing my to put the spare on and putting up with me coming in every 30minites or so to get a new tool. Ended up leaving the truck there overnight and again didn't have any issues with that. Super grateful that they were there for me."
