"My name is Carey I had a issue with a lady named Terra from the Kennett office she gave horrible customer service! She was very rude she took my payment and hung up the phone if my face which is very disrespectful I'm guessing no one was in that day I ask to speak to a lady that worked there by she said the Lady named Mandy did not work there so I go in not even a day ago and I seen a lady named Mandy sitting there helping a lady and yes I asked for her because she is helpful nice and she gets the job done without being rude Everytime I did a payment all the workers were just fine but as I called over the phone and didn't go in in person this lady named Terra picks up and we discuss my payment and the arrangements and she actually started off decent but by the end of the call she hung up that's before confirming to me that she did take my payment off so I wasn't sure if a payment was made of not but I did see it on my bank account I live in Kennett we expect nice helpful people to help the community by helping up with the best service when we enter your guys establishment thanks to the two ladies they were awesome that helped me today!"

"A lady name Terra that works at the kennett office that says she is corporate when I asked to speak with someone that’s dealing with my payment I was told the worker didn’t work there jus to find out it was a lie the nice lady Many was in at work and still works there today! Terra was very rude it took a lady named Lyndsey and Mandy to help us with out payment on our vehicles Terra she took one payment off hung up without us even finishing the next payment so next our vehicle is gon and we are stuck with charges to pay all because she was unprofessional about her job! This is in kennett Missouri I would like to speak with Corporate but she says she is corporate so I have no clue what’s next on this but I wouldn’t recommend her service there he attitude and her rudeness one I’m done I’ll prob never reloan nor my husband because of how rude she was but we never had this problem ever everyone else has been very helpful anytime!"
