McDonald's 22200 Sherman Way, Los Angeles, CA 91303

"Never again. I drove through a few weeks ago for a burger combo of a cheeseburger, fries and a medium soda. The price came to $18. EIGHTEEN DOLLARS!!!! Stunned, I paid, received my soda and was asked to pull up to the next window for my food. I pulled up and waited and waited and waited...finally a not particularly friendly young lady handed me a bag with someone else's order. I handed it back and let her know of the error. She snatched it back with an exasperated huff and returned with mine AND another soda. I already have my drink, I told here. OK, she said, and closed the window. The errors are expected, but when I think of the cost and that these people are making $20 an hour to provide such lousy service, I feel like a fool for giving them my business. After a visit to another nearby store this afternoon. I can't imagine ever returning to MacDonald's again."

"I think my cheeseburger was about a day old and the fries were not really cooked all the way. Kinda hit or miss with McUglys! If I were dining in I would have requested a replacement for both items . The coke was good!"

"Well, what else can I say, it's Macdonald's. They have the best French fries and fast speed to serve you food. I don't have to wait for 20-30 mins or an hour for the food. No matter which location you go, they seve the same quality of food, this is so amazing"

"This is the worst McDonalds experience I ever had in my entire life. I walked in trying to figure what to order. A guy working far away stirring the fries yelled at me from there to the register telling me to go order at the kiosk. I told him I only have cash but I prefer to pay in the front register. He looks like Latino or from India because he's dark skin. Then Mt phone ring and I walk outside to use my phone. When I walked back inside a male African American was already in line. I waited behind him until a lady walk to the register and took our orders but overall it took 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to take our orders, PATHETIC"

"So I decided to stop in and buy some Apple Pies. Since they have them for 2 for $1.50. I had seen on the app that you could get an apple pie for 1/2 off. I parked and walked in. I decided to order off the kiosk menu. I placed the order and paid. Well to my surprise and I'm so glad that I doubled checked my order. The surprise was that the prices and items on the Kiosk and the prices on the menu including the deals - ARE DIFFERENT! What the hell, the kiosk should be the same price and items as they are when ordering from the person at the cash register. I immediately asked for the manager. I explained to him and so all he suggested was that I should asked a question. I was like, the kiosk should be self explanatory without having to ask a question and should be more convenient way, but instead was the complete opposite. WHAT, this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! The prices and the amount of items should be the same, not different. The what's the point of having them (kiosk) there in the first place, if you are not going to be receiving what is on the store menu. This needs to be fixed. So beware and make sure you check your order before leaving. I'm sure glad that I did. So from now on, when I do go to this or any McDonalds, I will just go directly to the cash register and order from there."
