"If you're in downtown Folsom or looking for a nice little adventure check out Citizen Vine. The day we went there were people dresses in costume - think Tombstone or fancy frontier style. I believe they meet there regularly. My first 2 second red wine selections were out but my 3rd choice was great. Service was great. I will definitely go again."
"Absolutely loved Citizen Vine and the whole atmosphere. Our tapas were amzing as were our glasses. We had the Asparagus Prosciutto Bundles and Margherita Flatbread add protein. We each had a glass of Cab Sauv, "Heavyweight", so good! Our server Shannan, was absolutely amazing! She served a full house, by herself and never missed a beat, while keeping a delightful vibe. Will definitely be back!"
