"With the name like this, you would expect to get Italian sandwich. However, I ordered two large Italian sandwiches. Minimal meat was put on the sandwiches. Very thin lettuce overwhelming. Bread sweet doughy . Expected a much better sandwich for the $35 I paid. Not really Italian meats either.. People that work there pleasant, hard-working. Food nuts so much."

"I wish i had gone in person to accurately review this place but i'm so enraged by my order that this review would help other's refrain from buying from fast-food chains once again. I didn't expect much considering that I doordashed the order and is from a fastfood chain but i thought what my significant other had to say about it was worth a try. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and a grilled italian with grilled mushrooms added. When I opened the bag, there was no chocolate chip cookie nor a properly made sandwich. Almost embarassing when you look at the picture. The tomato was lazily placed on the side of the sandwhich rather than inside, the meat was just scraps of ham, and i had a giant piece of brown lettuce (which i hope i dont end up in the hospital from food poisoning). You know, it's one thing to miss something on an order and maybe they were busy, i get it because ive worked multiple jobs at sandwhich shops and deli's in highschool. However, the order i received is embarassing and shows that the people making this do not care. Now i know to refrain from this place again."
