"I don't think I have ever waited an hour and 20 minutes for Taco Bell. Nor, have I ever had the manager (old white guy with a beer gut, horrible attitude as well) lie to my face and say the order has been "canceled", when 15 minutes prior, they tell us it's almost up? I quite literally had to put up a stink because they weren't going to refund us, but they also didn't want to remake the order at first. Kid with curly hair was walking around, ignoring my fiance and I who had been standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge us. Also, why are you guys so confused by mobile pick up? You quite literally have an entire app around it. Do not try to tell me I'm a doordasher whose order I was trying to pick up was canceled. The guy with long hair and glasses working the drive thru was amazing, and he stopped what he was doing to remake our order. Give him a raise."
"You might wanna remove the “fast food” label. I’m generally quite forgiving, especially when it comes to fast food, but this is probably the slowest branch ever, even when it’s quiet and no one else is in the drive thru. Half of the time the food isn’t wrapped properly, and the portions are inconsistent. The staff is nice, but the rest is not."
"I usually have good food here, but this past week I got tacos and the smell and taste of the meat was so off-putting that I couldn’t take more than that one bite. Pretty certain something was spoiled cause it had the smell and taste of rotting meat. Even if I could have muscled it down I likely would have gotten sick from it, so it wasn’t worth chancing it. Spent $10 to throw away. Needless to say I’m done eating here. I’ll stick with the taquerias from now on which have way better food for a better cost."
"Spent nearly 20 bucks on food here. Asked for extra fire sauce. They told me that they can only give out 1 sauce packet per item ordered. Are you kidding? This place is so poorly managed, can someone please call corporate on this location? They are honestly the worst I have ever seen."
"Ordered a Crunchwrap supreme at 8pm on 2/2722. Bit into it and it tasted insanely dry. Opened it to this. Not even close to the amount of lettuce that is supposed to put put onto a Crunchwrap. If this was CORE you would have failed miserably. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to go back. Do better"
