"When to chilli's for the first time in Folsom. The place is average with limited seating. Nothing great on the ambience side. I ordered chicken crispers and grilled fajitas. Fajitas were good in taste and portion. Loved it. But chicken crispers n fries were bad, they were tasting bitter as if bad oil had been used. I found it a little expensive as compared to their offerings. Disappointed,as I am a chilli's fan."

"It was another chili's. The food is good, but nothing outstanding, but worth the buck. Had the Mexican bowl, it was pretty good and fresh. Had also got the chicken enchilada soup, did not like that much as it lacked flavour and just had a tonne of salt. Would not recommend that soup. But the staff was very nice and proactive, they refilled our drinks without even asking which I really appreciate."

The staff are consistently courteous and demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service that hasn't missed a beat. The food is always a culinary triumph. Just tonight, we indulged in a barbecue platter paired with a house salad, and it was nothing short of delightful. The prices are quite fair, particularly when you take into account the high-quality cuisine and stellar customer service. Its location is an added bonus, conveniently situated right across the street from Folsom Premium Outlet. Given my personal experience, I can confidently declare it the ideal spot for a relaxed family outing, especially on a leisurely Saturday."

"Stopped in for dinner, before attending a Sacramento Kings game. (5pm) Not too busy. Seated right away. Ordered chips and queso/ deep fried mozzarella as appetizers. Deep fried mozzarella came after our meal. Ordered Mushroom Swiss burger, sliders, Boneless Buffalo Wings and sides of Mashed Potatoes/Steamed Broccoli. All food was hot and fresh. Service was outstanding!!! (I wish I could remember his name!) Very attentive and polite. Plenty of sports to watch while dining....Chili's never disappoints!!!"
