"The food was not great! My 8 year old granddaughter and I ate here before attending a school function. I didn't think we had time to go to a sit down dinner. After the school function, my granddaughter ask if we could go to a second dinner, since the Jack in the Box was not great. We went to Chinese and ate, which was great! It is always good to know where NOT to eat."
"Drive up got my order wrong. Had to go inside and then was treated like a scammer. Food did not look like anything on the menu. Menu showed items that are not available yet. Extremely disappointed! I used to like Jack in the Box, I guess I will start going to Arby's instead."
"I went to the jack in the box on rocklin rd in rocklin. The lobby was closed over an hour early. It states on the door the lobby is open till 10 but yet its closed early .. so I decided to go threw the drive threw. Where I was not greeted and was unable to order even after I tried talking threw the menu board. After about 5 min of waiting I drove up to the window to place my order. Waited there for another 5 min before I was finally able to place my order. Not sure what kind of management this store is under but it should definitely be replaced. I did not even get a receipt for my transaction"
"Really great food!!!! Had Jack in the Box for the first time here and was a huge fan. I'm not a huge fan of the prices I feel like its waaaaay overpriced but at least the foods very good! Service here is so-so but as long as the food is good, I'm happy"
