"Crunchy thin crust pizza with tomato sauce tasted better than pizza with sauce and cheese. Orders are always made quicker than we think, sometimes the preparation starts in less than a minute after we place the order. There is a build your own pizza option which allows us to decide what the pizza should be like. But once when we ordered a pizza. First they gave someone else’s order. Then they gave our pizza cut even though we ordered it uncut."

"We live close to the Dominos Store on Sunset Blvd and Park Ave, Rocklin California. This store is so disorganized, previous orders placed over the phone get mixed up, wrong ingredients, drinks, etc.. Today, I placed an online order, received a confirmation number. When we arrived to pick up, my order they did not have. Same senerio, the crew is all over the place, disorganized, no manager in site. It is sad, because Dominos is really a good pizza. Hopefully corporate can clean up the store, train the crew and place a quality solid manager the really keeps focus on the production and its local customers to make sure customers are fully satisfied which should equal to sales revenue for the store and corporate. Please clean this store up soon, I would like to place an order and have it ready for pick up without any issues."

"In the past, they have usually been just fine. But twice in a row now, premium toppings have been missing from my pizzas. I order a medium cali chicken bacon pizza with green peppers tonight and got a medium green pepper and mushroom pizza. If the premium toppings are out, please call and let me know. I'll get something else. It's not okay to deliver the pizza and take the money and run. The drivers are great."

"Food was never delivered. Store did not pick up the phone. I called for over an hour straight and no response. Delivery app showed delivered. My address was correctly listed and I selected the correct store. -$50, gone, and no food to show for it. Going in the morning to see if there is ANY explanation. Update. Went into the store, was not given a refund because the system "reset" and the manager was not willing to come in to handle this situation. I was given the cooperate phone number but today is Saturday."
