"Make sure to ALWAYS check your order from this location. I feel like it's more often than not that I am missing something from my order. I use the app every time (for rewards) and a few times they never received my order. I have contacted Taco Bell headquarters but I have not heard back a few complaints from this location. After paying for food/items and never receiving the paid for items, it is frustrating that the paid staff within the store don't have quality checks and even more frustrating that the headquarters location is virtually unresponsive."

"I forget the name of the Gentleman who helped me but he was younger (with reddish hair?) I got a late snack at the drive through around 9:30pm on 12/13/23. He had GREAT customer service. Super sweet guy. Thanks for being so kind, I know the food industry can be tough. Keep up the good work!"

"Been coming to this taco bell 5+ years. I actually go out of my way to this taco bell rather than the one that's about a minute from me because I prefer this one. My food is almost always made correctly, and it just tastes like it's done well compared to most other locations. Have always been really happy with the service at this location :)"

"Worst place! Order and paid for coffee at the Kiosk and then went to counter to be informed they did not have coffee. This was at 9:17 am! We thought they were joking and asked when will you have coffee? He said we never have coffee. I explained that we had ordered coffee from the Kiosk menu so why was it on the kiosk menu if they did not serve it? He said I dont know. We said okay if you don't have coffee then we want our money back. The counter person asked the manager and they said they don't give refunds unless you have the app on your phone since we used the Kiosk! He informed us that we needed to use the app to get our refund. That's when I lost it and said you want me to put an app on my phone to get a refund for $2.80? Just give me my money back. They said they could not refund me and I needed to use the app. After a few choice words we left! If this Taco Bell is independently owned, you need to look closer at your Kiosk menu or perhaps what staff are doing when you are not there. If it is not independently owned, wow, how do you stay in business?!"

"I can understand being busy, and I do respect the employees for how hard and quick they have to work, but there is some level of incompetence with the employees or the training they receive from management at this particular location. I purchased only 2 food items, a burrito and their new "shredded beef dipping taco". Nobody was in front of me in the drive-thru, just potential delivery and dine in orders, but I waited around 15 minutes for my food, while waiting at the window there was zero interaction from the order taker, and at one point it seemed everything came to a halt or there was an issue of some sort. But I was left wondering. Then when I finally received my food, it seemed fine in terms of quantity of items. But then when I arrived home, I ate half of a chicken burrito and alot of the chicken was very dry and seemingly dehydrated, even harder to chew than jerky. Then the other half had almost no chicken.. To make matters worse, when I opened up my new "Shredded Beef Grilled Cheese Dipping Taco" it wasn't even the correct shell, it was supposed to be the plump, crisp, white corn shell they have sometimes. But I received the very chewy, flat, stale, typical yellow corn shell that they always have. It was gross. I'd like to think it was a supply issue and not a lack of awareness or training of the employees, but the fact it was the first day of the release and they did infact have the new shredded beef, it just wouldn't make much sense if that were the case. Unfortunately as much as I don't want to drive extra miles to get an 'enjoyable' Taco Bell meal, it seems as if there is no choice, due to the consistency of disappointment received from this particular location. For numerous reasons."
