"Bathroom was dirty and no soap Workers are dressed with home clothes very unprofessional, no uniform. Cashier was calling me "dude" and asked me "what do I want" when I came to pay for my meal."
"Just went through the drive thru to get an iced tea and got all the way home and noticed that McDonalds added extra protein to my drink. A spider!?! This is beyond nasty! I tried calling several times but no one bothered to answer. *Update* I finally talked to the general manager Jim. He was very apologetic on the phone and offered two free meals. However, when I went to collect said meals, he was none too pleased. He advised us to hurry up as there were other customers behind us. Paying customers. While I’m glad that this was resolved, I will absolutely never go to this particular store again. I highly recommend that no one else does either."
"Service is terrible, manager is a terrible she's an older lady who wants to be friends with all the high school aged workers resulting in the worst McDonald's in the area. do not come especially inside they just sit in the corner and talk while people are waiting to in line to place there order. saw a worker who works the register walk passed the register where there was customers to go outside to talk to her friend. When confronted she said they were short staffed lol. Picture was taken at 7pm for reference to how bad it is"
"The shift told us they are closed when clearly they weren't willing to take our order! Although we still had to wait in line because they were willing to help another person ahead of us. All we wanted was two drinks. If I could give zero stars I would! Terrible experience."
"Stopped by for Shamrock Shakes. Wait time was over 15 minutes for 4 cars. When we got to the front both of the shakes were not mixed and given to us as seen in the photos. When I mentioned that the shakes were not correct the worker shrugged their shoulders and closed the window. Very disappointed."
