"Do not bother with these guys! I called asking for help to buy a deck to work with my k40 radar and asked if they can help me, they said they don't sell k40 and that was that.... not I can find out and I was even telling him I knew what worked and how to hook it up but all he kept repeating was they don't sell k40. my budget was $2,400 for new head unit and amp and component set x2 guess they don't want my money! Next day....Just went to stereo max in hayward ended up dropping $5k they also said they know nothing about k40 but guess what....... they said we will make sure we get you taken care of! Thank you stereo max! Edit: I believe in second chances! I was happy to erase my review if I had a normal not even great experience and they did not disappoint. said they will not help me because I gave a bad review! my review wasn’t nasty it was to the point and exactly what happened I felt no one wanted to help me I asked them several times to help me and explained I knew what worked but still didn’t want to help and so when speaking to them the second time to give them another chance I said I would like to talk to him about my review after they said I was on there do not help list and he just hung up on me ask yourself is this the kind of people you want to work with? If the owner would like to talk to me I would be happy to tell him my experience I am a very reasonable person and I would want to know if my employees were treating my customers like this!"

"Concord Car Stereo also does Harley's! Excellent customer service and turnaround time for the quality work they do. I had taken my Harley FLHTCUI to McGuire's in Pacheco to specifically check the fuses for my radio. Two days later and $150. spent they said, "Inspected fuses / all fuses intact at this time. Reinstalled fuse panel." But still had no power to the radio - and McGuire's would not be willing to check the Rockford Fosgate HD9813 as that was not a Harley product. I then went to Concord Car Stereo seeing that they were a Rockford Fosgate dealer - they checked the radio and found a bad fuse. Hmm, just what I had paid McGuire's to check and they apparently missed it! I'll be checking in with Concord Car Stereo from now before considering going back to McGuire's. The point is - Concord Car Stereo is the place to go for sound issues - they are honest and hard working to satisfy customers."

"Came in to look at clear UV protection films for my Subaru Outback. The shop had good options from 3M and was able to do an install for just the driver and passenger side windows for a good price. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at getting a tint installed on their windows."
