"I love this Ross but the customer service at my visit on Saturday 1/6/24 was so bad that I don't want to go back. The lady at the fitting room around 1pm was so rude and obviously hates her job. I only had 2 things to try on. Pants that weren't even on a hanger I picked it off the top of the rack and a dress that was about to fall off the hanger anyway! The lady made me hang them before I could try them on because she needed to make sure it was only 2 items.. like what?? Then, before she handed me the number to enter the fitting room, she made sure to tell me that I better hang them back up correctly. I honestly felt like she was bothered that I was trying stuff on. I get it, nobody likes putting away clothes, but if you're going to run the fitting rooms then you could at least be nice. She made me want to leave. It's too bad because this Ross is close to home and now I will avoid it at all costs."

"It's was overall a alright experience, great brands for awesome prices. It's just you never know what employees you'll get, that make the experience better or worse."

"I really like this store! There’s so much selection and they do try to keep it organized and clean. But people still make a mess. I would also say that I hardly ever get excellent customer service, but I have just recently started coming here because I moved and Iris is so good at what she does She’s very attentive, never loses her cool and always has a smile. The reason for not giving it a 5 star is because the space is so limited, aisles are very narrow, you can’t walk through them with a cart if another customer is there. Overall great experience so far."
