"I want shopping for new bras. I wasn’t that excited to go because well after 3 babies, my body has changed. The ladies here at the Temecula store were so helpful and very kind. I literally stayed in the dressing room for like an hour while they brought me different styles and sizes to try. It was getting very busy and all dressing rooms were full but I was never rushed! I left with 3 bras that made me feel great! Lauren and another lady (can’t remember her name) who had a beautiful unique name we’re so helpful. I’ll definitely be a returning customer."

"I have come to Soma Temecula since it opened. Customer service was stellar. The sales associates were engaging and got to know my preferences. The last few visits have not been the same experience. Sales associates stay behind the desk. There is little interaction nor do they act as if they want you there. I love the Oregon Clackamas store, and shop there when I travel. Other than that, I will be shopping online."

"Best Return Ever. I had a problem with some undies that I bought. I purchased 7 pairs, washed them and wore 2 pairs. Well the 2 I wore had a defect in them, and when I called Alexis was so polite and apologetic. She said they would be happy to refund or exchange the 2 that were defected. After thinking about it, I wanted to go ahead and return all 7. Their policy states that you can return any product as long as it is not washed or worn...well I did both...but when I went in for the return Monique was so sweet, apologetic, and took complete responsibility of the defective product. She had no problem returning all 7, I was so happy that I left with a new pair of pj bottoms. I will only come here and refer all my friends and family."

"Unfortunately, if I could give 0 stars, I would. I too had an issue with a coupon. I purchased a defective item and when I went to return it, they wouldn't apply my coupon to my new purchase. I contacted customer service and after 3 email back and forth, Soma won't do anything. I have purchased many bras and panties from them and referred friends. That will no longer be the case. I will NEVER shop there again and will tell everyone that will listen. It to either."
