"On December 23rd 2023 I went and bought a $100 gift card. I was given a receipt and when I gifted the present for Christmas I didn't give the receipt to the person. This person went today. February 16th to go buy something with a $100 gift card and a they said balance of 0 dollars. Nobody has a receipt so there's no way of proving that I paid for it. Cause I paid for it cash like an idiot. You should be ashamed Victoria's Secret. I work hard for my money and your cashier probably didn't activate the card and kept my money or canceled the transaction."
"It was hard to find help for a fitting room at this location. But I'm very happy with my purchase and glad they have some extended sizing."
"I decided to close my VS account after 2 very uncomfortable incidents at this location. In one occasions they made me feel like a theft. They left the sensor on an item and couldn’t take it off because I needed the recipe, and they where talking amongst each other that the sensor was in the wrong place. Like if I had removed it. I told them I purchased it with my card and they said they couldn’t look me up without the physical cards, neither with my email or phone number. It wasn’t until a third person stepped in to show them how to look me up. Thanks to the person who helped me. But four lady’s before were very unprofessional."

"Nice VS store. Its huge. Great selection of active wear as well as bras etc. Also has cosmetics, lotions and body sprays too. Staff is super helpful and always there to answer any questions and bring different sizes or items. Dressing room is beautiful with a couch for your shopping pal to relax on while they wait and vice versa. Digital dressing room helper inside as well to answer any questions on the items you're trying on. Amazing."
