"Called ahead of time regarding a tire purchase. They did not schedule an appointment, and told me to come by any time between 9am and 4pm. I came for my tires at 1:30pm the following business day and they refused to sell them."

"I honestly would like to know what is the point of making an appointment if I had to wait 4 hours for a simple tire installation? I have an appointment 1pm I left early in my house to be on time after 1 hour I thought they started my car but unfortunately at 2:30pm my car still in the parking lot no apologies, no update whats going on! It's not about the fact of waiting but the inability to set realistic expectations as a client. I don’t mind waiting for how many hours if they have waiting area for customer but they don’t have waiting area to set comfortably the only waiting area they have is in the parking lot! My appointment was 1pm they started my car 3pm car done 4:45pm to be exact how poor is the service! I am very disappointed costco customer service very bad experience and unacceptable!"

"I founded out that I had a nail on my tire and first thing I did was to call my dealership. They did terrible on cx service so asking around I got the recommendations to check Costco tire department. What was my surprise that over the phone they were very informative. I came in when they told me to and took care of me. I ended up needing to change my tire but bc it was from a different brand they recommend me to change 2 tires to keep the car even with the axel. Within a hour they got everything done. Thank you so much for your help guys and I’ll definitely will be recommending you from now on."

"Not sure what's going on here at Costco tire center Vallejo. Customers used to be able to come in at 9am because of the excessive demand for service and now it's been stopped and put back to 10am. It's also been changed to appointment only and so the 40 minutes I spent outside their door waiting in the fog sitting on a cold cement seat was for nothing. There is no indication on their door of the hours of operation nor is there any indication that their shop is now by appointment only. What's going on Vallejo? New management? Latest and greatest executives brain child? Poor customer service is all this equates to."

"I had a flat tire. Went to them at about 11.30 am for free repair as in warranty. A tech asked me to collect the tire at 2/2.30 pm. I went at 3.00 pm.a tech told me that I had not made appointment for repair so It got kept pending. (How I could make appointment for a flat tire in advance ???) asked me to leave the car so they can install it on the car. Finaly I got the car back after 6.00 pm. A whole day for flat tire repair!!!"
