"I went here a couple of weeks ago with my two kids and I had 2 pairs shorts with me to exchange for a smaller size. I handed them to my daughter to hold while I tried to find the right size. She accidentally put them down and we walked away! We searched high and low throughout the store and couldn't find them. The staff was so helpful with trying to find them. They said when I check out with the new shorts, see if they got turned in. They didn't. Raven was so kind to ask the manager Susan what my options were, she asked for my receipt for the original shorts, which I had and she said don't worry about it, they'll turn up and she exchanged them for me anyway. I was so stressed out thinking I was out 2 pairs of shorts and she was so kind! Thank you Raven and Susan for all of your help!"
