"Thank you so much Brianna! You were so patient and understanding when I brought in my daughter last minute before closing. We received our order in the mail but with the incorrect style of jean. Went into the store to try and correct it but unfortunately the type that we thought was available online wasn't a choice. Then comes in Brianna to the rescue!! She saw my daughter was almost in tears about it and recommended another type of jean. She proceeded to get the correct size and even gave my daughter great tips on her own experience with that type of style. I can't express the gratitude and patience that Brianna had with us even when it was last minute shopping. I would definitely come again. She even honored the sale price."

"I took my daughter into this location at 7:41 to try on a pair of army jeans that she really wanted for her birthday Bree the manager informed me that the dressing room's closed at 7:30 PM but the store closes at 8 PM and this has been a policy for a few months I explained the situation and how we would be quick and she was extremely rude rolled her eyes said sorry... I have been a customer at Hollister since I was a young girl 13 to be exact of my daughter's age on her birthday and I will never return to any Hollister locations due to this rude young unprofessional woman"

"Put a dress on hold at closing, was told they hold 24 hours. We were looking for an 8th grade promotion dress at 8 stores. Went back the next day for the dress and it was no longer there. The 20 something manager said they don’t do overnight holds even at closing. The staff of teens running the store don’t even seem to know this. Unfortunately the dress was out of stock online as well and we had to settle for something that was just and “uuuhh” option. It was already slightly discounted and they wouldn’t compensate their mistake. Poor management and staff communication. Now to find new shoes since the ones she wanted to wear don’t match the different dress. So disappointed."

"I went into Hollister for the first time since high school at least 10 years. The store has since rebranded and wasn’t the same dark, loud, and highly fragranced store that I remembered. I was greeted by a girl named Kenya (hope I spelled correctly). I told her that I had been looking for pair of mom style jeans but all of the ones that I had tried at AE were way too baggy around the lower leg. She took me over to a table with the high rise skinny ankle jeans and said that her manager was petite like I am and they fit her really well. I tried a pair in and they were exactly what I was looking for. I asked her if they came in an x- short option and she said that they did and should order them in store for me to be delivered to my home. She was so helpful and was extremely nice. I got the jeans in the mail less than a week later and they are my favorite pair. Thank you Kenya!"

"Always love the SoCal Beach feel I get whenever I go in. Feels like I'll step right out onto the sand and sunshine when I leave. The employees were all super nice and the store itself was clean and organized. Just be warned that if you want something unique, this probably isn't the place to go. I was at the mall for maybe an hour and saw five different people wearing things off the racks. Probably because some of the stuff is so cute, but I rest my case."
