"Clothes are decent quality and they always have sales, so if you're shopping at the right time it's a good value. The staff however need to interact a bit more with the customers. I felt like we were bothering the staff and I didn't appreciate how they sent us from one side of the store to another to ask if they had something in a different size. Otherwise it's a big store full of fashionable clothes that my daughters wear."

"I never thought that I would be writing a poor review on a location, but the way I was made to feel and that of my child as well... It's causing me to write this. If you're a plus size person, don't even bother coming to this location. You won't find anything here and if you ask about it, you'll be told to go shop somewhere else. It was disheartening, especially with my teenage child there that felt like they got kicked in the gut with the comments and how they were made to feel afterwards."

"This is a huge location. Always very organized and well managed. The staff is always helpful and friendly. While in the mall shopping for something else, I realized that I needed a new shirt because of an activity I had planned later in the day. Was able to hunt down just the right item, try it on, and make my purchase in a very timely manner. I didn't catch her name, but there was an older woman working who was sweet. Didn't catch my cashier's name either, but he was great, as well. Oh! For just $2.90, I grabbed a "foot mask" from the impulse-buy rack while waiting in line. Used it last night and I am super happy with the results. Def happy with my Forever 21 experience"
