"I would give 0 stars if possible. My son in law has asked for gift certificates from this place so he can buy a new cowboy hat. The certificates just expired and they wouldn’t redeem them. They got their money so we are out $200 now!! My family shops here all the time and they wouldn’t honor these after all the money we’ve spent here. It’s a shame and would rather shop Bootbarn from now on because they are way easier to work with and their gift cards don’t expire."

"They seriously have like the cutest boots! I highly recommend this store if you are looking for some boots. They usually only have what they have in display but they can order them for you if they dont have your size. They are actually way nicer than the ones from boot barn. Staff is super friendly. They have some cute clothes as well. I am so in love with my boots!"
