"They always have a great selection of sizes in my husband's work clothes. He loves the Dickies work wear. The only downside, they only give store credit on returns."

"Today, September 18, 2023, I entered the Levis store to buy a belt. The seller immediately told me that they were closing in five minutes, which I could buy the belt as quickly as possible and then I only asked him for a type of pants if I had it and I wanted to take a look at it and he and his partner rudely told me that I had to leave the store immediately because they were already closing which I can't believe how people are so rude to one and treat a customer like that. The problem is why not They have culture and education, they also don't care because they don't own them and they don't care if they sell or not. But the biggest problem here is that most employees lack culture and education. I'll go back to that store the day that these people no longer work there and I don't recommend anyone to go to this store"

"Went in to buy a shirt,The vibe in the store is odd no music, the workers were sitting and staring at me the whole time didn’t offer to help or anything… I then went to pay I was Short one dollar and eighteen cent so decided asked the lady cashier can she spot me the one dollar and eighteen cent…she laughed said oh I can’t help you and was just ready to cancel my transaction, who can’t spare a dollar?…not going back. (Response) Did you read what you said? Who is short two pennies? And it’s funny you responded to the money part but not the bad customer service or lack of? And your typing is terrible geez were you blindfolded…I didn’t care about breaking money which is why I broke it genius.. I Figured you can spare $1.18 but the most now I know most you spare is two Pennie’s got it… anyway Hopefully you get better customer service and treat the People who pay for you to be open better…"

"Horrible place to do business. I bought a family member some shirts for a birthday present and needed to exchange for the correct size. Because I didn’t bring the receipt I wasn’t able to exchange just the size. Big mistake, I was ready to do more shopping but you lost a customer over 3 $14 shirts."

"Do not shop here! Avoid the headache! They don’t let you use the fitting rooms and don’t offers returns only exchanges! And when you try and bring it back to exchange they give you the hardest time! I’ve been here multiple times but this will be my last time after I bought a pair of dickies and when I got home I realized their was a red mark on the leg, came back in to exchange them and the tall Asian man was so rude about this issue. I told him every time I come here it’s a different issue. I NEVER write reviews but this place has been so difficult that I had to write this to hopefully save other people the headache."
