"Food took a wait but that’s normal but the flavor of the mulita de birria was no good . Not Birria and unflavored consume. Carne asada fries had beans , this is some Tex mex food, pass!"
"El Pollo Grill is an excellent place to stop by if you need a friendly smile from a cashier/waitress along with a good meal. The atmosphere highlights SD sport teams and hometown athletes. A great place to take a lunch break with a friend(s) etc. You can also enjoy watching special events on the many flatscreen monitors throughout the grill while enjoying a tasty margarita, beer or wine."
"Both time we have ordered beef rolled tacos, there were chicken ones in the order. This time, our to go order took 30 minutes and when they came out the rolled tacos were cold. One burrito from our order was not rang up and by then it was too late to place another order for it. The whole order was literally just two burritos and one order of rolled tacos. The food is good and love the salsa, however I can’t trust the service. Need to triple check everything and it’s not what I want to deal with every visit. Sucks because this is in a convenient spot and could be so much better if management irons out these service issues."
