"Ordered sandwiches ahead of time. Sandwiches were not ready when arriving. 3 walk-in customers received their sandwiches before before my oreder was complete, while I waited patiently. Zero sense of urgency."

"I ordered on the app. Picked up order, got home, two of our sandwiches were missing from our bag. Went back , picked up the other two, no sorry about your inconvenience said. Got home and found sandwiches were made wrong. Messaged corporate with no response. Very disappointed.."

"I used to love this place. The last 3 times I've done an online order it's been incorrect. Items missing on subs each time. I don't have time o check them to make sure they are right. Which is why I order online. For the price you pay for a sub I expect a better and correctly put together order"

"Great experience, lovely service. Got two sandwiches however and one was significantly better than the other in terms of the amount of toppings. I loved the atmosphere and it was definitely well staffed enough to keep up with the 12:30 lunch rush."

"Love the sandwiches. Staff is very nice, they can be a little disorganized but these days patience is important. Food service is no joke, not an easy job so if we all could have a little more patience its definitely appreciated."
