"I haven't gone back to this jack in the box for over 2 months because last time they gave me dry food. I decided to try today since it's been a while. I ordered 4 tacos, a large curly fry and large coke. The fries are COMPLETELY STALE. I can't even eat them. I also only received 2 tacos and not 4 and the two tacos I did get don't even taste or look fresh. The cheese on the tacos are still cold. I also did not receive my receipt of course and OF COURSE they aren't answering the phone. I get the food industry and they might be busy but I would rather wait for my correct items and good tasting food than receive fast service if it's going to be like this. The jack in the box in poway is NEVER like this one."

"Wow have times changed. The portions have dramatically decreased since the last rollout of changes. I know it’s been a while but it doesn’t taste or feel like the jack and the box food I grew up loving. The only item that seems the same are the tacos and curly fries. I guess that’s what I’ll order only because the ultimate bacon cheeseburger is as a huge let down as size compared to the sesame seed bun days."
"We ordered food through the drive through and service was fantastic, however, by the time got to my destination to eat (7 minutes away) the food was so cold. My experience with drive through was met with very kind service but the food wasn’t very good. I ordered a chicken sandwich and curly fries and it was a bit dry for my taste."
