"I ordered in drive through. I asked for hot coffee and two tacos. It upsets me that the server gave me coffee that wasn’t hot. It’s Luke warm. Being cold at night and I wanted hot coffee. Jack in the box needs a better coffee maker. I’m so disappointed. I would drive back but with gas being high and I live far. It sure isn’t worth wasting my gas. Please , do something about it."

Compared to other fast food joints I definitely like the way the chicken sandwich is nice and crunchy and delicious, the onion rings are also really good I love the curly fries the burgers aren't bad I think next time I'm going to try the egg rolls."
"I appreciate the great service, as they almost always get my order right. I had to have some patience with the trainee who had an issue correcting my order. The Sourdough Jack is still my go to favorite, but the two tacos are still a good bargain. I really like the caramel iced cappuccino drink and Jack still has the best milkshake. The restaurant is always clean, dining area and restrooms. It is usually busy here, but you never have a long wait for your order. Dine in, take out, drive thru and delivery available here."
