"If you want to work here dont I was going to apply but i was hesitant to do so but when I was looking around the store .. I saw one of the mangers screaming at the employee. Thats when I got mad and directly went to writing this.. The mangers needs to stop being so rude and start acting better no wonder I see new people every week. Stop screaming at your employees its worse even on the manger trying to teach new people instead of acting like a good manger and keeping loyal employees if you are seeing this manger stop screaming at young highschool girls you weirdo. Btw if there was a new manger this fashion q it would definitely be amazing but its the worse. I have spoken to one of the employees that use to work here and she told me that the mangers would be the worse and she would be hard on new people that would come to work here so imagine if I started working here... If you work here leave and find a new job its not worth working minimum wage for a old ladies to be yelling at you. I am sorry for anybody who has worked here hopefully you find a new job worth it. Mangers are there to tell you how work life is and somebody to encourage you to work not put you down. It actually really sad that the ladies who work here have to endure the manger. And to any employee that see this leave and leave her to do all the work on her own since she keeps yelling at people who just want to do their job let her do all of the work and let the store drown... Hopefully somebody reports the mangers from the fashion q's cuz they all screams at their employees at this location horrible find a new one its so bad It terms of the store the store smells like pure alcohol they are super clean I would give them that but it smells like pure alcohol."

"If i could give it a one star i would, the store manager did NOT let me try on the shirts i wanted to. How do they have dressing rooms and expect customers to buy if they don’t allow you to try on the clothes. Never shopping here again"

"Honestly worse experience. I came to get a store credit a shirt I bought less than 14 days and manager says she can’t give me store credit it was used. When I haven’t used it at all, it has a tag on it and the receipt. She wants to give me attitude and say I been working here for a long time and I told her I have retail experience as well I’m a manager as well you can be more professional about it and call me a liar it’s insane. I told her to keep it. This store is getting worse and worse. I been coming here many years and I’m not coming here anymore. They need to a new manager and especially the way they treat employees it’s crazy. Hopefully someone make a report about this or else I will. They deserve a better manager and management. I never had anyone disrespect me like that."

"The worst place I have ever experienced. if I could give 0 stars I would. When I purchased my items, the employee told me I had 14 days to return it. When I came back with items untagged a couple days later, a different employee told me I couldn’t. When I politely addressed the store manager, she became aggressive and told me just no over and over and justified no mistakes were made because she trains her employees herself. She completely even removed my option to exchange while yelling no. And instead of having a conversation with me, just walked away, slamming hangers around. And saying I just caused her so much stress already. When I asked her her name, she refused as well. I have never experienced such god awful customer service and I work in the retail business myself. I understand if things cannot be worked out but her attitude was abhorrent."
