"The worst fast food chain experience. I placed an online order, which supposed to be ready in 5 to 7 minutes. I got to the drive through window 30 minutes later and found they canceled my order. They asked me to wait in the gas station?? So they can prepare the order. I waited for almost 15 minutes but no one showed up. I ended up canceling the order after trying to call the store multiple times!"
"Always reliably good. Not great, just good. But it's fast food, it ain't the Ritz! Pro tip: for some reason, I always regret eating breakfast at Jack's. Dunno why, just leaves me wishing I hadn't"

"I appreciate the manager here he is so kind and will see it on the picture I shared. One of the best branches I visited for I was short of few cents and he said it is ok and was so friendly. I bet he is a kind man to all and his staff."
