"Super cute clothes but no help offered by employees. I understand it’s the holidays and I’m sure these employees are getting paid poorly by this huge company (story for another day) but it felt understaffed. The amount of light colored clothing with makeup stains all over them was honestly sad. Check the neck lines on all of the pieces!"

"Great styles. 50/50 if you get a nice check out experience. Sometimes they say thank you. Just purchased $300 worth of clothing today, and of course, no thank you. They really should terminate the bad employees. I don’t want to go back now."

"Customer service at this location was abysmal. Not a single sales associate could be found on the floor for assistance. Especially considering the holiday season and the mall's been particularly crowded, it was hard to believe there was absolutely nobody on the floor. There were sales associates many of the cash registers, but they were understaffed. Furthermore, The cash register clerk we did get had no idea how to process online discounts that forever 21 had sent us. They basically just threw up their hands and said it didn't work. We had insist they get a manager to resolve it, of course this caused another protracted wait, in addition to the already long line it took to get to the register. The location seemed to be way understaffed and the sales associates were not knowledgeable on their products or specials, nor do they care. This isn't start contrast to the forever 21 at the main place Mall in Santa Ana. The store was well-staffed at that location, the sales associates were helpful and were able to answer our questions. And despite being a slightly smaller location seem to have just as good a selection and way better displays. Considering what a bougie mall South Coast plaza is you would have thought that this would have been a flagship store."

"I bought a dress on sale on the label was size M, and the dress turned out to be size L. when I came to exchange it, I was told that you can change the dress for another. When I chose the item, the store manager refused to exchange. I feel cheated because of some $12. Honestly, I don’t understand how one seller can say one thing, and the other completely different things. then the manager began to prove to me that perhaps this label was not from this dress at all and that I was lying. I left this dress on the counter for them. I will never buy anything from this store again. Because when I asked to call the seller who wanted to exchange, the manager did not even bother to call her and ask why she says that the dress could be exchanged."

"This shop is set up differently as it is split on two levels. The top one has trendier, curated items in regular and plus size styles. The bottom has everything else - women's, skin care, makeup, denim, swimwear, athletic section, and sale section. It’s never busy so it’s nice to shop there stress free."
