"Izela, the drive-thru attendant was super sweet. There was a discrepancy in the order, but she handled everything with patience and a smile. I really appreciate great customer service. It makes a difference in a decision to return or not, and I will definitely be returning for their food and service."
"Food was okay. Service and wait was not so good. We walked in around 2pm and were the only ones in the place. Had to wait like 10 minutes before anyone actually came to the register to take care of us. The lady was not especially friendly or helpful. We ordered our food and waited another 15 minutes. Took almost a half hour to get "fast food". The floors were sticky and tables were not clean. My first experience with Jack in the box was not so great. I don't think I'll be coming back."
"Went about 10:15am, there was a customer waiting for there food, before i ordered, I ended up waiting 15 min for my order and the person who ordered his food after me. Got his first. Not cool. I saw many employees walking some just literally pacing back and forth.. 1 guy and girl don't everything while I can only assume management weren't doing as much from my point of view. Management and crew should know just like they get 30 to an hr lunch or break others that go in get the exact same time to eat food. So be more efficient with serve time. I'll change my rating and exp once I go back in a couple of months."
"I seem to sit at the DT window for an abnormally long time regularly. No one comes for my money for a while and i order only 1 item typically. The Dt trash looks like this always for the record...3-5-23 Today The drive-through trash was clean but still I waited at the window. My order was taken at the screen and when I got to the window I was asked what my order was and it was taken a second time then I got to wait at the Window as always...Thanks Roxy. 3-9-23"
"I was really disappointed with this Jack in the Box. I went through the drive thru and looking inside you can clearly see it was SO filthy and gross. No one inside was wearing gloves while handling the food. The cashier was rude and unhelpful. When I opened my Taco, you could literally see a bite mark!!! I called them AND even left messages with corporate, sent text messages to the manager who said he would review the video footage, and NOTHING almost two weeks late. I didn't eat my food of course because that's disgusting. They should shut this place down. Totally turned me off to Jack in the Box!"
