"HORRIBLE customer service!! The manager , Sadie, is incredibly rude - no idea how she is the manager of this store. I tried to exchange something I bought online and they refused claiming “we are a small business, maybe a larger store could accommodate you but we can’t” so now I’m stuck with a dress that doesn’t fit me and the craziest part - they had the dress on the rack in the store !!!! They are still selling it and despite this refused. I’ll be taking my business across the street to Stitch and feather."
"I recently made a purchase, one of many… and i wanted to return a dress that they still had in stock in store and they would not return it, I do live quite far and did not make the 3 week return period, but the owner would not make a 1 time exception considering I am a great and returning customer. Now I’m stuck with a $65 dress that I will never wear. I will NOT be returning to this store. Now"

"I came into Ellison Road to exchange a purse I had just gotten at the Belmont location. The young women who helped me was patient, kind and very sweet! I asked her to text me after she was able to open her shipment and see what new shoes she had and she did! She didn’t forget about me which made me feel important! It’s the little things that count!"
