"I’ve tried to exchange their top for something else with tags attached and a receipt within their time frame which is 12 days. Their customer service is a joke, very rude and unprofessional. When I bought it they’ve told me NO refunds because it was a final sale (btw everything is a final sale at their store) which is a scam. They did not let me to exchange it or store credit even though the top was brand new with tag attached. You’ve lost my business."

"My daughter ordered a dress for homecoming she is a size small. She ordered a medium to make sure it wouldn't be to small since homecoming was a few weeks away. When dress arrived I held it up and saw it was literally the length of a tank top. Nothing the picture or as advertised. I paid to return as stated in the return policy and in the time frame. Weeks later still no email as also stated in policy. I finally contacted the company. I was told I would not get a refund bc of the fabric. It was false advertising all the way around! I would recommend looking at a different online boutique before you order from Isabelles Cabinet."
