"This was the first time eating at spaghetti factory in San Diego And let me tell you they did not disappoint The service was great, and the food was even better My dad recently passed away and this is where I would go for my birthday with him every year And since I just moved back to the West Coast after 10 years Even though my dad is not here any more. It was only right to go with my family again. Thank you, spaghetti factory for all the great times I always have with you!"
"The food was pretty good. Loved the ambiance of the place, absolutely gorgeous and inviting. Our server however, was not very tentative to our table. Had to flag him down towards the end. Our server never asked us if we wanted another drink or even offered water. We ordered the Italian sodas for the keepsake glasses. We were given new ones to take home which were wrapped in paper. However, when we got home, one of the glasses was damaged. The decal on the top was partially coming off. We were not actually given brand new glasses. So disappointing, especially for a place like this. Wish I could give a higher rating."
"We came on a Tuesday night, we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. Server was pleasant enough but seemed in a hurry and bored. The Chicken Parmigiana and the Clam Sauce Spaghetti were really good. The Garlic Mizithra was tasty but the bacon was too hard. All-in-all, it was a good experience"
"The first time here, the place was a bit empty when we went, so service was very fast. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The food was great, and the portions were pretty good."
